Released in September 2002 to critical acclaim and sighs of relief from fans who had been waiting 3 years for this behemoth of an album (almost 74 minutes long), Meditations continues to evoke strong emotions from those who experience it. So far there hasn't been *too* many strong emotions on the negative end of the scale, so we at subtlerage.com are quite pleased about that. But hey, things can change, everything is subjective.
Andrew Miller :: voice, piano, synths, programming, production
Matthew Schnoor :: fretted bass, fretless bass
Michael Johnston :: acoustic guitar, electric guitar, voice

"Meditations, the 4th work from subtlerage, and the... uh.... 7th from this lunatic who thinks he's a musician. Well, quite frankly, he's outdone himself again. A wonderful, if not eccentric, mix of new age, electronica and good old rock 'n' roll rolled into a little ball we like to call subtlerage. Meditations takes you through an entire change of someone mindset. It starts with hunger, passion and even anger, leading through a restless sleep and a wake into a calm, relaxing peace. It's wonderfully written, arranged and performed. The addition of other musicians has made a world of difference. Improving production quality never hurts, either."
